.Maybe I'll Admit It To Some Degree.

It's not so much the things that have been done to me
but rather what I've told myself that has hurt.

I wish I would address the people and the situations.
But then I'd have to face the music that the only promises were the ones I made or imagined.

No contracts have been broken in the story of my life.
Except for the ones I signed in my heart.

.Hooked On Phonics.

Why is Fergie using her CD to tout her spelling capabilities?
Could it be inspired by Gwen Sefani's B-A-N-A-N-A-S lesson?

F-E-R-G-A-L-I-C-I-O-U-S
T-A-S-T-Y
D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S

(...kinda like the way that I to this day cannot write aggressive without doing the cheer in my head...but that's more habit...)

Fergie, just because you can't think of more lyrics to fill up 3 minutes of a song, don't resort to spelling. Please.

But she got "problems up to here," so we should give her some leeway in her G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S endeavours.

.From 40 To 6 Years Old Just From Walking Through A Sliding Door.

I went to work today to sign up for TV service and check out the software and music selection. While searching through the CDs one lady was hassling one of my coworkers about Coldplay's latest CD.

Apparently, Coldplay have a Grammy nomination. (Like I have time to keep up with that or musical tastes to care...)

Well, he didn't know what Coldplay's newest CD was. Who can blame him with all the millions of CDs out there. He's like, what, 17? Yeah right, like he listens to Coldplay. I'd peg him as either techno or classical and hard rock. (hard to decide when I've only seen him in his uniform and though store interactions...)

Back to this lady...
So she was angry at him for not being informed on A GRAMMY-AWARD-NOMINATED-BAND, and not knowing what the latest CD was.

A) If you want a CD so badly, DO SOME RESEARCH. Don't expect some retail employee who gets paid less than he deserves, who is counting down the minutes to clock out, only works there for his discount, and has to sit through store meetings to be a walking encyclopedia of musical information.

B) X & Y isn't even that great of a CD.

I finally butted in and gave my two cents.
Yes, X&Y is the latest.
But consider Parachutes and A Rush of Blood to the Head. Much better pieces of work. They are lyrically driven and creative masterpieces.
Chris Martin made a few babies, asked a mental ward for name suggestions, then went all mellow in his CD tribute to chromosomes.

Seriously people. Lay off on the yelling, insults and pouting. You make yourselves look ridiculous.
